We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs
- Non-defective items: return shipping is paid by the customer
- Defective or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned outside the allowed return period
Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days, provided they meet the return conditions above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
